Great local chain with a few locations across southeast TN. The only place i go for any of my paddling/camping gear. Keep in mind if you're looking for kayaking or mountain biking gear you'll want to go to their riverside or ocoee locations. But for clothing, light camping, shoes, and climbing this is the place to go.
Me and my buddy walked in looking for ropes and stuff for caving. We were promptly greeted so off to a good start. When we got to the counter with the climbing gear the gentleman with gray hair gave us wrong information on what we needed and said he would go look in the system for what he could order for us. Dude left us there standing for 20 minutes and when we walked past him to head out he said nothing and carried on with a other customer. Legit gonna shop somewhere else from here on out
