Colton went above and beyond to assist me with a product that was damaged.
Bought a pair of shoes the other day that were not a great fit after walking around in them for a day. They told me to bring them back and then refunded my money. I wound up buying a different pair of shoes and some inserts for extra support. The salesman I worked with in the shoe department, Justin, was fantastic in every way. He has exactly what any great salesman should possess as he is both knowledgeable and kind. I’ll do business here for years to come.
I purchased a Smartwool base-layer bottom on January 11. After wearing it twice, I developed a rash over my legs that has not fully resolved. When I returned to the store on January 22, the employee who assisted me was immediately dismissive. She showed no interest in hearing why I was returning the item, quickly stated it had been used and that no refund would be issued, and suggested I take it to a local consignment shop instead. Kind of a weird vibe in here. I feel like the associates follow you around as if you'll steal something. Which is strange considering the location and general clientele here. Otherwise, decent selection for outdoor gear. Prices are what you would expect.
The store used to be my go to for purchasing most of my husband‘s clothing. Based on the customer service from today, I will never buy another item in the store.
