Great selection of items (you kind of end up finding a lot of things that you wouldn't associate this store with) and they have great customer service as well.
Terrible return policy, and undertrained employees (except for the guy in the shoe area who is an amazing trail runner he is 10 out of 10). Bought my $300 Patagonia jacket and it ripped a little the first week so yea I wasn’t satisfied. Wanted to return and try something else but the sales dude acted like I was trying to commit a crime. Now that it’s not locally owned guess I’ll be going to the 3 letter co-op that has a 100% satisfaction return policy from now on.
