I had my car repaired at Rock Collision about a year ago, and recently noticed that my horn wasn’t working. I gave them a call, and they were incredibly receptive and helpful. Joe took great care of me—he got my car in within a day, had it fixed quickly, and made sure everything was handled professionally. Everyone at Rock Collision was kind, attentive, and respectful. They threw away my front license plate and license plate bracket holder. 7 weeks waiting for Jeff(who no longer works there) to order my bracket. Then after State Farm assisted in getting Frank to order it. Was told pick up next day. NOPE! Then to pick up next day, and again NOTHING AGAIN. State Farm and I have no idea when it will be resolved? I don’t see owner responding to the one star reviews on here either. I guess they don’t care about doing well. You decide!
Joe and his team were amazing! Quoted less than other shops, communicated every step of the way with text messages and phone calls and finished a day earlier than quoted, PLUS $100 less than expected!!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Highly recommend and would never go anywhere else!
