Don't know his name but a guy wearing a bandana working Saturday 7/2/2016 at 12:30 is a very unprofessional, rude jackass with absolutely no interest in customer service or professionalism. Came in to ask about captive ball rings and what the gauge was of one I was looking at and he said it the same size as that horseshoe and I asked him what's the gauge of a horseshoe and he said "I don't know!". Updated on April 28 2018 Rose is still and will always be phenomenal. About 2.5 years ago I wrote a review, but since I've gotten a few more by her I figured it was time to update it. I wanted to get a tattoo for my daughter who was born last September.. I gave her a picture of what I wanted.. but by the time I got to my appt date I had changed my mind.. and wanted a different design.
