Rock city roofing and I have come to an understanding that we do not agree with each other on the total of my invoice. They will not answer any questions about my invoice. They have manipulated their invoice to over charge for my roof. They are charging for a full roof of felt and a full roof of IWS upgrades on two separate line items. Felt line should have been reduced for IWS upgrades. They added a line item for Starter shingles but again never reduced the shingles line item to account for this.
