I was a member for 21 years and they closed my account with no explanation. Horrible customer service.
4/11/24 update: The 5-star review I left (below) was 2 years ago when this was still the locally owned, Rock Canyon Bank. Since the aquisition by NBH Bank their customer service and ease of doing business has gone in the toilet. Seriously considering moving our accounts to another bank entirely. Actually I am going to close my accounts right this minute.
