I had such an amazing experience with Rock Candy Jewellers! Baru went above and beyond to help me customize the ring and walked me through the entire process with so much patience and care. Bad experience. Went in for a consultation with Baru at the end of May for wedding bands which initially went well. Following the consultation, sent 2 ring designs for a quote and was told he’ll get back to us. But never got a reply. So then messaged again and still no reply. So then ended up calling, and was told again will get back to us. But again, still did not get back to us. And then all our calls were just ignored after that.
