Best Beans and Cornbread in the State!!
Tried “Bobbies Indian Taco” Thursday Special. Let’s just say it was an insult to native Americans and those who’ve had the real thing! it was a greasy blob of sweet dough under a river of pinto beans, flavorless hamburger, and cheese. I scraped the meat and beans off and trashed the “taco”. Total waste of time and money.
We stopped for a little brunch along our Route 66 drive. I had the oatmeal pie, & my husband had the bread pudding. I HIGHLY recommend both!! Excellent food & the sweetest little waiter
