Cool looking restaurant but the service was so slow and that’s saying it lightly. My burger was fine but some of my parties food was inedible.

Waited 30 minutes for drinks. When drinks came the first drink had a big in it. Had to find waitress to get a new drink. Appetizer came out 10 minutes after drink. Another 45 minutes go by no one checked on table. After 1 hr and 15 minutes we found waitress and asked to pay for drinks and appetizer. Manager came over didn’t apologize just asked if we were sure we wanted to cancel order because it was ready. Still no apology. AWFUL

We went there with reservations, got seated and it took FOREVER to get a drink.. the waitress seemed less than interested in us .it took a very long time to get our food and even longer when we needed more drinks. She never came to ask if we needed anything we had to ask for more drinks (we had 2 a piece) from another waiter!! It was not busy in the restaurant, Lots of empty table's. There was no reason for such laziness.. even the people behind us, were talking to us about the lack of service. I will not go back .

I have been to Rock & Brews several times. I have always thought the service was somewhat lacking. Yesterday was the worst! We were seated, and no one ever came to take any order until I got up and asked if anyone was going to wait on us. Once the server came, we placed our drinks and food order at the same time. Our drinks did not get served promptly. Our food arrived and still no drinks. I had to get up and ask if we were ever getting our drinks. Our server was nowhere to be seen.
