The best service I ever got. The owner of the company came in person before and after the job was done. Great customer service. The job was done fast and the best quality. Very impressive. I would recommend anyone who needs job done fast and headache free. As a side note the payment process was all automated. That part was also fast. Unbelievable. I will definitely contact for my next project. Thank you!

Underpinning my downtown Victorian home with Rock Bottom Underpinning was an exceptional experience. Underpinning a house can be incredibly stressful, and I was initially nervous about the process, but Dion and his crew quickly put my concerns to rest. I worked with Jamie and the Rock Bottom team to underpin the basement of my 100+ yr old in Leslieville. The overall goal was to dig out my basement to a finished height of 8' 2" (gained over 2 ft of head room). Jamie managed the project end to end, from drawings, permits, underpinning, waterproofing, new poured concrete floor, in-floor heating, and they left it clean and ready for my contractor to do the finishing. I regret choosing this company for my underpinning project. The timeline kept getting delayed and the quality of work was not what was promised. Customer service was also unresponsive when issues were raised. I expected much better professionalism.
