Riverdale underpinning with drain replacement, in-floor heating, sump pump and backwater valve: Our older, lower (6'), mostly finished basement needed to be expanded to allow for an elderly family member to join our household. We are very happy with the underpinning work completed by Rock Bottom. On-time and on-budget, no surprises! Nelson and Frank were on-site regularly and if I had a question they were back to me quickly. We have no hesitation recommending them for an underpinning job.
I worked with Jamie and the Rock Bottom team to underpin the basement of my 100+ yr old in Leslieville. The overall goal was to dig out my basement to a finished height of 8' 2" (gained over 2 ft of head room). Jamie managed the project end to end, from drawings, permits, underpinning, waterproofing, new poured concrete floor, in-floor heating, and they left it clean and ready for my contractor to do the finishing. So happy we chose rock bottom for our underpinning project. The team was amazing and did an incredible job. Throughout the project they were in constant communication with us and when they were finished, left the site in perfect condition.
