Nice restaurant This place is pretty good. I sat outside when I went and the service was good, even outside. I recommend the chicken caesar salad. It's delicious! I've heard that the burgers are good too. The prices are reasonable.
gordon biersch I could drink their flirtinis all night, but I could not pay for them. This place is definitely pricey. I paid for just myself and the bill was over $40. I was with a pretty large group, and the service was rather slow. It was a nice place to visit, but I don't think I'll be making a trip back anytime soon.
expensive Just at this restaurant recently and i was satisfied with the food just not the prices. The drinks were good get the flirtini or the flight of beers. I just think there are other places around this that you can get a better deal on a meal.
Better than your typical sports bar While Rock Bottom is a brewpub/sports bar - the menu doesn't reflect this. Lots of tex-mex influence - the fish tacos are to die for. Give this place a try if you are looking for some great home brewed beer and a wide choice of menus.
Good Happy Hour I have been here several times for happy hour on Thursday nights. This is the best deal in town that I've found. $1.60 pints of their own brews. There's about six to choose from, and they are all very enjoyable! Also, it's conveniently located in downtown bethesda near other restaurants and pubs.
Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery We have eaten here often & we enjoy it. The food is reasonably-priced & good. The service is usually friendly & fast. There is a great variety & since I am a vegetarian, I can always eat here.
Terrific Place to Go With Friends I love The Bottom, as it's called to locals. The food is terrific and moderately priced. The beer flows freely, and they have so many different kinds that you can try. The atmosphere is very fun and casual, which is complimented by very outgoing servers and hosts. Definitely go here with friends!
