Have worked with Zach and his crew on two different projects now. Zach went above and beyond to work within my budget and schedule and even when the stone that came in from the manufacturer had some imperfections he was very upfront with me and made everything right. His install team is also fantastic! Very professional, clean and FAST! Highly recommend!
We love Rock Bottom! If, we had a question, Zach responded to each and every question generally within 15 minutes of texting. Never did we have a supplier so available. The countertops were ordered and arrived exactly on time. They are gorgeous!! The install team arrived and the installation was completed quickly.
We had Rock Bottom Countertops come out to take care of our kitchen which turned out great, and the customer service was outstanding! They also returned next day hassle free to touch a couple spots up. Blown away by quality and service. Will definitely continue to use and refer them in the future.
