When you place an order with Rock Bottom Carpets, they only take cash, check, or debit card. They do NOT take credit cards. I placed an order and was required to provide a 50% deposit on the estimated total cost. Their policy is no refund if the order is accepted after measurements are taken. I decided to not accept and cancelled the order. They are refusing to refund my deposit until after 10 business days.
