We loved our stay with you!! The dock masters were amazingly helpful and so sweet to our grandchildren! Awesome clean Marina and location ! We will definitely return! Thank you�
The best marina location in CLE. But under staffed and not experience in handling true boaters coming in and out. They schedule from a remote location. You have a gold mine there... run it that way. We had a 15 boat Rendezvous scheduled there since march. They had us down for the wrong dates. They did correct it. Everyone had a great time. One boat got damaged by a rock being thrown in from the pier. No security could be found at 4:30am. We will be back because we live the location.
The new staff (family) does a great job. They could use more support.
The ladies bathroom had NO toilet paper all Labor Day weekend. The sink was broken and also one toilet wasn't working. For the cost of a dock this should not be. Easy things to manage.
