This place never answers the phone, I think they are not open anymore. Not worth driving to a place that doesn't answer.

Three weeks ago I visited and obtained two pamphlets from a gentleman regarding purchasing 16’x16’ or 18’x18’ stepping pavers. After reviewing the information, I returned today to hopefully purchase 34 pavers for my backyard. I told the contractor working with me, I would be doing this. As I walked in the store today the only gentleman working in the office was on his computer. No greeting until I initiated conversation. There were no other customers in the store. My wife and I stopped by on Veteran's Day Weekend to price some pavers for our backyard. The two clerks were absolutely rude and unhelpful! First and foremost, customer service was the worst We've experienced from such a "reputable" company that is supposed to offer high quality products and service. I had high expectations prior to our visit but was highly disappointed, unfortunately! Brett comes off as insensitive and unhelpful on his better days which are few and far between. On your typical day he is arrogant and rude during your. Furthermore, every time I called back he increased my price “due to inflation”. I ended up calling Site One in Riverside and was given better pricing.
