RecommendedI had a total knee replacement(TKR) I worked with Logan on my PT. Logan is the best he encouraged and motivated me every step of the way. He gave me workouts to do on my own. Always had advice and feedback for me. I can’t recommend Logan and R&A enough. The staff is incredible I was always greeted with a hello usually by my first name too. The power hour class is the best workout I have ever gone to. There is no other workout class I would get up at 4:00am for. David is the best trainer and you won’t ever regret going to this class.

Rock and Armor are the pros in Meridian/Boise for athletic training and physical therapy for the entire family. Youth classes are great for overall conditioning and help our kids improve through off-season workouts. Power Hour keeps mom and dad in shape with challenging workouts. PT provided a solid rehab from knee surgery. Dr. Tim, coaches, and staff are personable and professional. We spend a LOT of time at R&A and love it!
If you have a young athlete that wants to get better send them to Rock and Armor. My son is faster because of the work they put him through. Todd Carlson
