The shop is clean and all the artists are friendly and helpful and do wonderful work. I drove 5 hours to get a tattoo at this shop.
Walked in with five friends last night for a last minute tattoo, and Chris was amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the experience or the tattoo. What a great shop and a great artist. Will definitely be back when I’m back in town. Thanks again, Chris!

Horrible experience... they took my deposit but made an error with the date I had requested... now they won't reimburse although they made the mistake... very bad customer service... and btw I'm still dealing with the same level of customer service as before... I guess they care more about keeping my deposit than giving good service... oh well

Our artists work on commission, so dates are important to us as well... They most certainty wanted to be working...Nobody there has the authority to give deposits back accept myself and management, which is why I said Lori will be back Friday and we will look into it properly for you... That date chould have been checked before the transaction was done.. You are upset because it was an important gift and that's understandable.. People are not machines and make mistakes from time to time... Please be patient and we will figur... read more
