If I could give this provider 0 stars I would. I recently switched from Kaiser to Providence and chose Rocio as my primary care provider. I set up an initial appointment with her once I switched over. Before my appointment, I had to fill out my medical history, upon arrival to the office I had to fill out my medical history again and then once I saw Rocio she clearly had not read a single thing I had written in my medical history.
