They don't clear the snow in an appropriate timeframe. They don't salt the walkways no matter how much you call to complain. Their response to it is "We will give you a bag of salt so you can salt as needed." I fell on the ice this weekend so I'm waiting to see their response tomorrow. Everytime we call lately their seems to be a "new rule" that you only find out as you call them because they never mail out any updates that would be important to know, that would be too much work. 3 out of 5. Good location, decent space for each room, two bathrooms is a plus. Tons of bugs and I hate how maintenance can just walk right in no warning or announcing who they are when arriving. Lots of bugs get into the place as well.
