I would not recommend this urgent care. My partner and I visited this facility for an issue they were having and the treatment they received was truly horrible. From the very start the receptionist was rude when my partner only wanted to know if their new insurance would cover them or if there would be a copay. From there things only got worse as the exam required reliving some trauma for my partner. I like going to this location for when I need to be tested for my travel requirements. It’s very convenient. And the staff are very professional.
I posted a review last week about horrible service at this location- received an email back saying for any other comments to send private email to whoever deals with these. Then they removed the post! In other words hide the problems and limit our poor reviews from being in public view. My issues with having to wait in car 40 minutes for a Covid test then keeping me waiting an additional 30 minutes for another staff member to come in and ask more questions before letting me leave, with fever conditions I left, they threw awa... read more
