In December, my wife and I bought a 2022 Rav 4 Hybrid with 14,000 miles. Because of the low miles and relatively new car we were told that it was covered by their “Gold Certification.” We have now drove the car 16,000 miles and the tires are shot. Probably a combination of very cheap tires put on by the dealership and 3 of the 4 were out of alignment. We were on a trip down to Iowa from the cities when our check engine light came on. We stopped by O'Reilly to get an OBD scanner read. The guy couldn't do it and recommended we come here to Toyota. Arrived a few minutes after 3pm and the guy at Toyota told us he couldn't do a 2 minute read because they were closing in an hour. There were no other cars in the service area either. Talk about bad customer service. Would never recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.
