I have come here a few times for maintenance on my car and most times there have been little things that went wrong but nothing major. I went in last friday because my car was making a weird noise and I wanted to get it checked out before the weekend. I took it in through their drive up service and had a mechanic listen to it. I told him that the battery had died the night before and even after replacing, the engine area still had a weird humming noise coming from it. I gave a review 3 months ago. No one ever contacted me. I’m now having trouble with my Screen app on my car! Four phone calls and no one can help. I called about Your session has expired. Enter a pen. Which I did. Yesterday completely locked out. Asked to speak to the supervisor for service and the girl on the phone told me he doesn’t take outside calls. I gave her my number no one called. Four different people can’t seem to help me. I can honestly say I will never buy another Toyota!
