I have come here a few times for maintenance on my car and most times there have been little things that went wrong but nothing major. I went in last friday because my car was making a weird noise and I wanted to get it checked out before the weekend. I took it in through their drive up service and had a mechanic listen to it. I gave a review 3 months ago. No one ever contacted me. I’m now having trouble with my Screen app on my car! Four phone calls and no one can help. I called about Your session has expired. Enter a pen. Which I did. Yesterday completely locked out. Asked to speak to the supervisor for service and the girl on the phone told me he doesn’t take outside calls. I gave her my number no one called. Four different people can’t seem to help me. I can honestly say I will never buy another Toyota!
Drove from Winona Minnesota to Rochester MN Went to pick up a truck that we purchased last week .We were told to pick it up today Friday May 16th. Running boards and tonneau cover had not been installed detailing was not done. Dog hair remaining from previous owner. when we arrived to pick up. Don't bring your vehicle here because they'll qoute you $80 and then when you get here to pay it they'll raise it another $100. And then the lying guy at the desk says he didn't say that and check you in when he was!!! This place is a joke!!!! Your response doesn't change the fact that your employee LIED straight to me and my BROTHER'S face now does it?????
