I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. I typically receive allergy treatments at the Alexander facility, where the service is consistently exceptional, from the reception to Dr. Sanchez's care. Recently, I visited this location for rheumatology services. Upon arrival, I was directed by the reception staff to self-check-in at a kiosk, a departure from the traditional personal assistance expected at a medical front desk. Dr Sanchez is wonderful. She recommended a switch from a long time inhaler to a new and way better one. My child has not had one issue since using this new inhaler. This is the season for him to get a long standing cough that doesn't go away unless treated with antibiotics. To avoid the inhaler helped. Until it didn't.. The other one, Flovent was not cutting no longer....She switched him to symbicort. And Very thing has been just fine. I'm so grateful. Thank you Dr Sanchez
