First of all, they were showing 1732 St Paul St apartment one for showing about a week ago & we've made this plan two weeks prior & I confirmed the showing via text message the night before. Simply awful. Once RRM bought the place and took over, things went downhill real quick. It started with the grass getting as tall as my knees before Josh, the property manager, bothered to have anyone mow it. Then, it took three months to get the heat working properly for the entire house, once the cold weather hit. The circuit breaker tripped out numerous times daily, as we were forced to buy and use space heaters in all units.
