Waiting at Ford quick lane for an oil change and a nice lady with a great smile come walking through asking me if I wanted a snack while I waited and I said yes thanks. Point is why go anywhere else for my oil change when I have friendly knowledge front end Staff ready to answer my questions down to a nice lady offering me a snack while I wait!
