Called to set up an appointment for an oil change and new tires. Teddy was so helpful and awesome to talk to! Great customer service, will definitely continue to come back!
Over the past 6 years I've had 4 new ford vehicles and have used the rewards points that come with them for "service" at the rochester ford quicklane. I've had roughly 8 services and probably 2 were basic services that were performed correctly - most have have been sub-par with along the lines of oil dripping from the vehicle because not properly cleaned (which leads me to crawl under and usually discover broken, missing or stripped skidplate fasteners). I have been going here since 2023 with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for routine oil changes and tire rotations. They are close to my job and they send you live videos of their inspection. All this changed in August 2024, Went from good to terrible. Videos sent were sloppy(if you got a video) they said to replace air filters when they didn't even check them. Not letting you know your tires are wearing on the inside till its too late(on new tires). And recking your oil cooler when replacing your top side oil filter. I was smelling bu... read more
