They nickel and dime you to no end. Surcharge this and customer service charge. Always talking how they haven't raised the rates. Adding new fire hydrant surcharge is the same thing. It's pointless to call. You get transferred . One department to another. You either get accidentally disconnected or it's been so long you forget why you called. Is there anyone else ? What a bunch of sht. Last I heard they Also have a slush fund with 337 million.
