We have lived in Paint Creek Condominium’s for more than 20 years. First as renters than as an owner. Within that time, we have seen three management companies in this complex. By far, ‘A Condominium Management Company’ has been the best. The lawns, hedges, trees and overall maintenance has greatly improved.
