I was referred here by my dentist because he suspected I would benefit from a gum graft. I was absolutely petrified because I had heard how awful a gum graft could be. After many years of missing teeth, I finally decided to have dental implants placed. I'm so happy that I chose to go to Rochester Periodontics and Dental Implants. The staff and doctors are so kind, professional and very informative so that I knew exactly how each procedure would go and the cost, which was less than what I thought it would be. I was experiencing serious periodontal disease in my mouth and was referred to Dr. Yihan by my dentist for treatment. This turned out to be a long journey for me and I underwent gum surgery in all 4 quandrants of my mouth during the October '23 to January '24 timeframe. Being a new patient, I found Dr. Yihan to be really honest, direct, patient and empathetic from the get go. Hands down best experience I have ever had! I’m the type of person that would rather do about anything before going to the dentist. Unfortunately, I had no choice. I had an infected tooth that caused my face to swell up to a softball. I was nervous as can be but as soon as I walked in, my nerves began to fade. The receptionist was very kind and sweet.
