If I could rate this a negative 5 stars it would be appropriate in my case. This company has horrible customer service ! You call and get put on hold for several minutes, then repeatedly get disconnected or hung up on while still on hold. I made an appointment to have an oxygen concentrator picked up, 5 days in advance. I was told that I had to be home to sign a form. I waited all day & no one showed. Called and was told they would call me back after checking with the driver. They never called me back. I waited another day. No show again.
