I highly recommend Dr. Gruber. He is very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. He's easy to talk with.
I have been with Dr. Hartman for 16 years as he monitored my vision , A1c and has been very informative and excellent in his practice . I highly receommed him to any one who needs to see a MD in vision for ones overall health.
Dr. Gruber is great, Cindy Delee is great, Paul needs better manners. I have watched Dr. Gruber take good care of my husband who had cataract surgery in both eyes.
I went for my annual exam today and am happy to say the customer service is still awesome. Mel is kind and professional, and took a couple of extra minutes with me due to a recent loss in our family. She is the best. And Dr. Cairns is the BEST doctor ever. He was also kind, professional and understanding. I always feel comfortable there and in good hands. Thank you ROG. Mary RIolo

The doctors and staff at ROG are fantastic. My entire family has been a part of this practice for several years, from my elderly mother to my youngest child, and each member has been handled with compassion and care. The staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond to help with any issue that may arise. I recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone who wants a thorough eye exam, first-rate care and a pleasant experience.
If a patient showed up 90 minutes late, the appointment would have been canceled, and they would have billed for it anyway. Office staff not wearing a mask (dangling from an ear doesn’t count), & open-door appointments with other patients mean everyone can hear all your medical business. People make appointments for a reason. If you don’t have the courtesy to tell them you’re running almost 90 minutes late, expect them to get up and leave. Unprofessional!
Dr. Gruber did an excellent job with my eye surgery. He was prompt, explained everything and is well organized. I highly recommend Dr. Gruber. His whole staff is very friendly.
I have been going to ROG for a number of years Drs. Hartman and Gruber are the best. I have been to both offices and the staff is excellent. Melanie, Cherese, Norma, and everyone else are very caring, I always feel good going to the office. Greece is closer to me and I prefer this office for the closeness and the more homey atmosphere. Highly recommend.
