I'm grateful to Meg for her support in my breastfeeding journey, just a couple of weeks after my daughter was born. She helped me to trust myself and my body, and offered her professional knowledge as an herbalist in guiding me to the right herbs for me. She even sent her wonderful tinctures and some bulk herbs to a friend who could fly them down to me (in Mexico). I'd love for Meg to be my midwife if I have another baby! Highly recommend.
Meg is amazing! I had the birth of my dreams. She is thoughtful, totally supportive, calm, super knowledgeable, and lots of fun. She trusts birth, and empowered me to trust my birth. She guided me, gave me options when I asked, gave me support when I needed it, and delivered my 9.8 pound baby so peacefully into the water- my first birth with no tearing! Meg has been very helpful in her herbal consultations, when I’ve had colds, a low immune system, or reproductive health questions, she’s been professional and welcoming.
Winona midwifery and wellness made a otherwise very hard birth into a very good experience. Meg was there whenever I needed anything and went above and beyond to help me and my family advocate our needs and add another addition to the pack. I will always be great full for the care I received and I really can’t say enough about this wonderful practice.
I have had great experiences with herbal remedies from Meg. While I have followed her herbal guidance and used many of her products for wellness, I had a lot of issues surrounding my hemoglobin and her Iron Tonic helped me immensely in preparing my body for pregnancy and birth. In addition to being a skilled herbalist, she is also a wonderful midwife, birth doula, and childbirth educator. I would recommend her for any of the services she offers the community.
