I have been extremely disappointed as a long term client. All new staff constantly makes it hard to get to know anyone and vice versa. Hard to watch what’s happening. I would steer clear of of this place if at all possible and keep your expectations LOW, mainly because nobody knows you anymore. That’s it, I don’t want to spend another second thinking about the place!
This place is becoming worse by the year. I used to really like this place. All new staff, revolving door. They put everyone on telehealth and I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down soon. Lots of patients close friends who are doing just fine are getting hit with crazy accusations and something weird is changing for the worst. They lost all the good staff. Don't know what i would do without this place! They literally saved my life! Ashley is an angel disguised as a recovery counselor.
This place has been my back bone support for the last 6 years I've been thriving in my recovery I just go to pick up my medication and get told the new director dropped me down a phase just cause she wanted to... no relapse nothing there saying I didn't make it to aprils group mind you I hope on group sometimes even 3 times a month I do NOT recall missing aprils group but because I did they dropped me down a whole phase ... really I think it's because The states been going in there and I think they think that I'm calling the... read more
Been going here for awhile now and they are really helpful and kind to everybody will work with you with anything that is going on all in all id highly recommend this place if you or someone you know is trying to get off the stuff this is the place plus it's the only place in rochester
