Don't just walk, RUN from this place. They use slimy used car salesmen techniques. Walked in knowing that I wanted a Carpet made with Smartstrand. I looked at a Karastan carpet, and asked what type of fiber it was. The salesman shrugged and used a term I was not familiar with. I Already had quotes from the Big Box stores on similar carpets.
