Our house is extremely efficient with heating and cooling ! Our heating and cooling cost is very reasonable!The structural integrity of our home is rock solid !!!! Finally the aesthetics of our house, we get compliments from neighbors frequently. We love it.
We purchased a home from Rochester 5 years ago. We were able to modify the floor plan to fit our wants and the needs of our building lot. They were easy to work with and met the timelines they set up. Post construction they have been helpful with the few things that needed adjustment. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
