My hygienist is the best, always thoughtful, professional and warm. The doctor is also great, he sees you as a patient not as a customer like other places. They really make you feel cared for, from the lovely receptionist to the Doctor, couldn't be happier, since 2018.
Recently, I saw Dr. Thomas for a root canal. While having a root canal is usually not a very pleasant experience, I can honestly say that the way I was treated by everyone, from the office staff to the dental assistants, and Dr. Thomas, was wonderful! It was a virtually painless experience. I felt comfortable and relaxed and Dr. Thomas let me know what he was doing and what would happen next throughout the procedure. The staff and Doctor were very nice, I was able to get in quickly, the whole team was very professional. Dr. Thietten was very approachable, address my concerns, took care of my problem, he was a very gentle friendly dentist I was very happy to have seen him.
