This review is solely based off customer service. I called the office at 9:30am, 11/25/25 to potentially make an appointment for some fillings. I moved away from Rochester about 9 years ago and wasn’t 100% sure if this was the office I used to go to when I was growing up. I called and left a message, and was called back shortly after. This is the best Dentist I have ever been to. They have helped me in multiple short notice emergencies, which I will always be grateful for. Every person working there is incredibly nice and informative.
I have been a patient for years now and have experienced nothing but the best in dental care and professionalism from the staff at Rochester Hills Family Dentistry.
