Recommendedbesides the handy man Robby who does not come fix nothing right or show up that you pay for, its a great community, there new handy man Richard is awesome an does great work
like that some houses have some room between them. park has done some improvements lately. watch the houses rehabs and how they back up their promises. for me it's been ok others not much. 3.5 to 4 stars
Love my home here and the reason 3/4 of the park is empty because people chose to not pay or dope or some other reason and got thrown out and as far as the kids playing in the street with no supervision this is a private community and everyone knows about the kids playing in the street and everyone watches each others kids and is careful we are all like family here
Place is dirt, molded run down trailers are way over priced, allows people to break all rules in book. The way yards are becomes a issue. The owner is never around and allows to much to go on. The manager she is amazing bu has to much of this run down park on her hands. If your looking for a plac to raise a family this place is not it. But monthly payments are decent. I have good neighbors except one who simpky isnt worth my breath. And should have been kicked out long time ago. But being friends with all the maintenance her... read more
just nice place to live in. people are nice.
nature center in our own back yard
It's not bad so for the one's saying how bad it is when it just needs clean up or some tlc but you gotta remember this is a trailer park people have sat there homes here and are comfortable but there is always empty lots to add mobile homes on or rebuild one of them
I love it here. Very quiet and a cat friendly place. The manager, assistant manager and maintenance men really care about everyone who lives here. It's a very safe place to live.
