Awesome staff
The nurse called, we talked, then the office closed before I could talk to my doctor. It would been nice to know the Dr's walk out at 12. Just saying.
I’ve had a very nice experience receiving care at this office over the last 6 months. The office staff are helpful and friendly, and have even learned my name as I check in. They always answer and return phone calls promptly. In the times I’ve missed an appointment, they’ve called and we’ve always been able to reschedule within a week. I’ve called 10 minutes before an appointment and asked to do it over telehealth, and we’ve always been able to make the switch seamlessly.
