Get directionsI was here in May 2021 being treated for a drug induced psychosis (marijuana). It is hard to remember exactly. But I feel like some of the staff did not treat me that great. However some staff was great to me. One girl allowed me to face time my family from her phone. Another worker helped to soothe me by playing calm music and giving me something to color when I couldn't sleep. I can vaguely remember bits and pieces of my experience because my mind was so gone. I'll be completely honest about my first experience admitting myself there. Not the best set up it is a hospital. But I was in the crisis department and the staff were VERY helpful, friendly and understanding. I was really scared until they started talking to me. I felt relaxed and comfortable. As far as the staff they are underrated.
A joke
My daughter was sent there from a Dr. Visit that was for her mental health They sent her there she had talked to a crusis hotline yesterday. She was in bad shape and self harm on her mind. So strongly that she almost took her life. They sent her home just hours later, in a cab. They asked her if she still wanted to self harm, she said yes. They said they think shes safe going home and called a cab. She has been suicidal for a couple years. It has been a struggle. We watch her all the time and she has self harmed several time... read more
