Came in with abdominal pain at 7:30 PM on 8/8/25. Initially the care and attention seemed appropriate and good. It is now 1:04AM on 8/9/25. No results from CAT scan done at 11:30 pm, no fluid by mouth or intravenously, no pain meds. Horrible interpersonal interactions and communication from the staff- RN on down. Still waiting. Thinking about switching my care to Strong??
I quite literally would rather die than go to this ER again. They have refused me care so many times because they were worried I was 'drug seeking' it's ridiculous. Guess what guys, not everyone with colored hair and tattoos abuses drugs. Literally woke up out of a dead sleep due to my chest pain it was that bad, and I was given tylenol and told that it was probably just anxiety or heartburn. Now I know why I stop coming to RHG emergency department . Horrible staff. From the RN nurse to Physician Assistant and to the doctor. I had a horrible and terrible experience. All parties did NOT show any compassion or empathy. All they care about is sending their patients out to the exit door. 20 years ago, doctors, nurses actually showed some compassion and empathy for the people who are actually in pain or sick.
This hospital it so lazy I waiting for 3 hours with very bad pain nothing doing yet I not see nurse,doctor nothing put take money with you insurance take fast 2/09/2025 I not want give nothing star because this service here very nasty and negligence
