This hospital it so lazy I waiting for 3 hours with very bad pain nothing doing yet I not see nurse,doctor nothing put take money with you insurance take fast 2/09/2025 I not want give nothing star because this service here very nasty and negligence
Worse nurses and patients care ever seen
Emergency room is terrible poor management of patients as they come , waiting unnecessarily. No communication from staff on what is the plan or nurses seen 6-7 hours in the hallway , must do better.
Never see the er for anything but life threatening cases since pain and suffering isn’t a priority in this hospitals er…. People take good care of yourself best you can because Rochester as a whole is bad for your health….
