I recently had a colonoscopy at Hagen Drive in Penfield and I was extremely impressed. The nurses are highly skilled and very caring and comforting. Dr Prasad Penmetsa introduced himself and has a wonderful bedside manner. The information and photos of the procedure were easy to understand and useful. I thoroughly recommend RGA at Hagen Drive for any gastroenterology procedures!!

Dr Muddasir is fantastic! He is the first GI doctor that listens to and wants to make sure he gets his patients feeling better!!! I’ve been through so many GI doctors and he is the best one I’ve ever had/have!!! Other staff are also very kind!!!
Sarah Pratt NP and Dr. Chodos were amazing and gave me great care. I had transferred from another Gastro place after multiple visits with multiple doctors there and still wasn't getting help. After one visit at RGA, my stomach pain was figured out and I still be forever grateful for them!
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with deep sedation. They couldn’t find a vein right away because I was so dehydrated from the prep and i think it just started to give me a bit of a panic attack. I’m was so embarrassed with how anxious I was but the entire team was so wonderful. The mobile anesthesiologist was telling me (very bad) jokes to relax me, and the nurses were so kind and reassuring.
