Sal in the service department is absolutely amazing, as is the rest of the staff. I always know that whichever vehicle I bring in the service will be done correctly. I am kept informed on what the problem is how long it will take and the cost of the repair. There is nowhere else I will bring any vehicles to get work done on. I have been coming here for nearly 20 years and would not chose another company. Sal and the team here will go above and beyond to make sure you are always taken care of!
My husband bought his F150 at Rochester Ford, the day we bought it we were told to bring it back and they would order a part and fix our new to us truck’s tailgate which was broken when we bought it under warranty, 🤔 we brought it back to have them fix it as they asked. Then 3 weeks ago the same part came off went in for oil change and repair. Charged $150. To put a rod back on that “ they fixed again “ for the second time, well it broke again.
