Rochester Ford is very good dealership to purchase from, they seem to go the extra mile for there costumes even after the purchase, Aaron and John have been very helpful.
I wish I could give 10 stars! The service manager Larry Miller went above and beyond. While being stuck on the side of the road for over three hours I tried Calling 12 places before talking to him (I’m from two towns over) and everyone told me they wouldn’t even be able to look at my car for weeks. He told me to come down, and he would at least take a peak. Had my car towed in, and thanks to him, I drove home less than an hour later. He literally saved me. Went to have a recall fixed. They broke a bolt to my back seat,didn't have any in stocks. Had to return next day when bolt came in. Appointment was at 9 wasn't done until 5. And the service man put a dent in my door which I have not hear back from them yet on that situation.
Fast service. Reasonable price. Excellent job. What else could anyone want?
