We took our 5 year old there for his first ever dental exam and oh my gosh let me tell you, the staff is wonderful! They were so kind and explained everything before they did it to ease his discomfort. They were thorough with their examination and referred us to another dentist to have the work done he will need. They were amazing with him though and I am so thankful for that! We will be returning!
Dr. Sy is the best dentist I’ve seen, she’s detailed in explaining all dental work and procedures. Dr. Sy and April are both stellar with patients that experience dental anxiety. I’ve never had a better experience in a dental office, everyone was beyond kind and professional. HUGE BONUS, their financial advisors are amazing and helped me in making the process easier with my insurance!!! If you’re looking for a dentist, call Rochester Family Dental!!! The experience from start to finish was painless (ACTUALLY PAINLESS)!!!
