Don't bother with them. They will cause you so much grief and then deny any wrongdoing. My husband's first language is Spanish. I made it clear when scheduling our first appointment that he would need a Spanish interpreter. We show up and there's no interpreter -- it's not even in his chart. So I have to compensate. Next time I check in with the receptionist a few weeks later, it's in his chart that he's Spanish-speaking but his follow-up appointment has no interpreter request filed. I switched my daughter to REA when her Ophthalmologist refused to give her glasses. Dr. Albert said Lizzie did not need glasses; but Lizzie said it would help her. So Dr.Albert prescribed an Rx and Lizzie got glasses! Lizzie is amazed at how much clearer everything is. I want to thank her for improving my daughter’s life. Lynn Gerger

If I could give a rating to the optical center it would be 3 out of 5. There were a lot of issues along the way and it took quite a bit of time to get my glasses, but in the end it all worked out. The manager called me to try to help work things out and after working with 3 different optical specialists I finally got paired up with one that provided exceptional service through a difficult situation. If you do purchase glasses from the optical department, ask for Marian. She’s the best!
