My office visit was very pleasant. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and Dr. Thomas was just as pleasant. The staff along with Dr. Thomas went above and beyond to accommodate me and I am extremely grateful for them. If I could have given them 10 stars I would've. Thank you to Dr. Thomas and the entire staff.
My first root canal, a wonderful experience: I had an appointment at 7:45 a.m. to get a root canal. The office called me in from the waiting room at 7:46 and immediately began taking x-rays. The process went as quickly and as smoothly as I could have imagined. I normally feel pain when getting dental drilling done and I had zero pain the entire time with this procedure. This is by far the best office and amazing doctor I ever been to doctor James had rework on my root canal for 2 hours didn’t feel nothing the way they did the procedure it was painless and mess free
I was recently referred to Rochester Endodontics for a consult. Marcie, who assisted me with everything on the office side, and Amanda, who performed my X-rays and scan, were both so efficient, friendly and reassuring. Dr. Thomas explained things extremely well and I left feeling much calmer. As a team, they helped me feel at ease in a setting that is usually very anxiety-inducing for me. Would recommend this office to anyone needing treatment.
I unfortunately had to have a retreat done on a root canal I had done several years back by another Doctor. Dr. Thomas was absolutely phenomenal! Make no mistake he is a master of his trade and will have you in and out in no time. They went beyond my expectations with how polite and proficient the staff were.
