I called the evening of September 12th 2024 and explained that I have a 5 y.o male cat who we thought by his symptoms had a urinary blockage. He was vomiting, unable to urinate, was yowling in pain, etc. I then explained to the receptionist that I, like many other people these days, are experiencing financial hardship. The lady then put me on a brief hold to get a round about estimate for his care.
