Ordered 2000 pcs of a specific SMPS IC. Much later, I received 750 of the correct MPN and 1250 of other mixed MPNs. Contacting Rochester to get this resolved, I receive no response. I have tried several channels. Testing the communication by requesting a quotation, I get an instant reply. The first and final time I use Rochester for component sourcing.
Beware of Rochester Electronics. We purchased some ADI DAC chips from them recently and the chips were 10 years old and did not perform to the specifications of the documentation. ADI has confirmed that the chips are defective and Rochester Electronics hasn't even offered to give us our money back let alone compensate us for the for the boards we made with the defective product that was sold to us.
