These guys were recommended by our plumber. They have now helped us twice and we have been very satisfied. Once for kitchen sink back-up, and now for a drain in the basement backed up - First time in 30 years. Rochester Drain Rite did a good job for us for a reasonable price and came within 45 minutes of when we called . Can't ask better than that. Highly recommend.

The support experience with Rochester Drain Rite was outstanding. Alex Lee - The technician - just visited my house. He was on time and very well prepared not to mention super informative and really helpful. Payton from Drain Rite did an awesome job cleaning my oh-so-slow sewer. Communication was excellent; I was fully aware of Payton’s imminent arrival via text message. Lastly, the charge for service rendered was absolutely fair. I highly recommend Rochester Drain Rite, and will certainly use Drain Rite for any future work.
