Zach Edling from Rochester Drain Rite was excellent in handling a drain back up on our rental property in Chatfield, MN. He quickly got on the problem and helped fix it, with added explanations of what is needed for proper repairs. Unfortunately, proper repairs are beyond his company's ability to perform (major construction repair of main line to house), but at least he was informative and recommended next steps. Highly recommend this company and Zach.

Jake did a great job in dealing with a kitchen drain back up. He arrived quickly and before I knew it he was packing up to go. Very well done, and a fair price, too!

Outstanding service! I got an appointment the next day. I have been fighting a slow/clogged drain for several months. The tech who visited my home was pleasant, professional, polite, and got to work quickly. The drain was cleared up if just a few minutes. The tech tested his work several time and made sure it was satisfactory before he wrapped up. Thank you.

They've always been great when we've had to use them, from simple drain clogs to much bigger septic issues. Our technician, Zach, has been great each time he's been to the house! They're fast, efficient, and professional.
