Jake did a fantastic job fixing our plugged drain. In testing the work he discovered some aged gaskets… and replaced them… everything tests great. Such a conscientious and nice man to work with! I’d highly recommend this company!

These guys were recommended by our plumber. They have now helped us twice and we have been very satisfied. Once for kitchen sink back-up, and now for a drain in the basement backed up - First time in 30 years. Rochester Drain Rite did a good job for us for a reasonable price and came within 45 minutes of when we called . Can't ask better than that. Highly recommend.

Professional, Prompt Perfect *!* Pleased as Punch! I was impressed with my service this morning from DrainRite. Communication was great, thoughtful. He, ? (Patrick's Dad) knew exactly what to do and got it done in short order. I repaired the home for 30 years with 4 kids and learned at least, about plumbing elect. etc, and I was put at ease by the great work. He replaced the sink drain that was broken at the pop-up and snaked out the years of build up in the exit drain. Oh Yea! I remember now, Alex.. Thank You!

Outstanding service! I got an appointment the next day. I have been fighting a slow/clogged drain for several months. The tech who visited my home was pleasant, professional, polite, and got to work quickly. The drain was cleared up if just a few minutes. The tech tested his work several time and made sure it was satisfactory before he wrapped up. Thank you.

Really appreciated how easy and fast it was to get an appointment. The technician was very friendly and professional. He explained the issues and answered all my questions. He even wore shoe covers in the house. Excellent service and did a great job!
