I am so thankful for Rochester Drain Rite! Chris gave great customer service and had technicians here a few hours after I called! Jake and Zach gave great customer service as well and were done on an hour and 15 minutes!

Payton from Drain Rite did an awesome job cleaning my oh-so-slow sewer. Communication was excellent; I was fully aware of Payton’s imminent arrival via text message. Lastly, the charge for service rendered was absolutely fair. I highly recommend Rochester Drain Rite, and will certainly use Drain Rite for any future work.

I was referred by another Rochester company because Drain Rite had the particular equipment we needed for our floor drain. Customer service was exceptional, work was completed thoroughly, the plumber was excellent, and the price was very affordable. Floor drain is draining again. Thank you!

My floor drain backed up and I called Rochester Drain Rite. It happened on a Saturday and Zach arrived quickly. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on every step. He did a great job. I am return customer and I would recommend them highly. Thank you
