A+ service experience! Overwhelmingly positive, pleasant, and thorough. Chris was my first point of contact, when I phoned for an appointment. She worked with me to get an appointment for the next day, at a convenient time. Alex, the technician, was a joy to work with. He was pleasant and respectful (a rarity among young people these days ;)). Alex quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my kitchen sink. He was tidy from start to finish. I want to shout out the woman who dispatches the calls. She is super friendly, calls back quickly, and is honest about what the schedule looks like. She maintained a boundary on her workers' current schedule, even though it didn't really work for me. I offered ways to adjust and she took copious notes so we could make the available time work. What a great first experience I had with Rochester Drain Rite! From the moment I got on the phone with Chris in dispatch, I knew I was in good hands. Dispatch service was beyond excellent and SO helpful! Text notifications for when the tech arrives/leaves. The tech left SUPER detailed notes- which I highly appreciate, so I have something to refer back to for future reference on what the issue was. Price was also super reasonable. As a local realtor in the area, I will recommend Rochester Drain Rite all day!!

Alex and Jake helped fix my kitchen sink and bathroom plumbing, and they did a great job. They were respectful ,worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working before they left. would gladly recommend them.

Simply the BEST service. Amazing response time on a weekend and very reasonably priced services. The technician/plumber was very knowledgeable and informative. A great job, hit my home back up and running quickly and saved me a whole bunch of $$$ ! Thank you Zack, and Rochester Drain Rite!
