My floor drain backed up and I called Rochester Drain Rite. It happened on a Saturday and Zach arrived quickly. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on every step. He did a great job. I am return customer and I would recommend them highly. Thank you

Excellent customer service from start to finish! The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Technicians, Jake and Harvey, were on time, personable and knowledgeable with what needed to be done to fix our sump pump. Thank you Drain Rite! I highly recommend them!

We've used Drain Rite several times and I called 4/25 in the a.m. to get scheduled for an unknown water/drain issue, and they fit us in an open slot that morning - we had Alex within an hour. And he fixed our primary issue and helped with a secondary issue, all with great customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend RDR! Thank you!
