Great service! I was referred to them by another plumber, who said they were better suited to fix my problem than he was. Got me in the same day. Cost was exactly as quoted over phone. Jake, our technician, was fantastic. A super guy, friendly, chatty, loves his job, and most of all, knew his stuff. Gave me tips on how to avoid having him come back (which is odd when you think about it). If I ever have drain problems again, Rochester Drain Rite will be my first call. Thank you, team!

Your representative was outstanding!!! He sent me an email and was right on time. He inspected the clogged drains in the shower and kitchen and was efficient, professional in his work and personable. I am extremely satisfied with the job he did and would recommend Rochester Drain Right anytime to anyone who needed that service. The price was fair as well!

Then, when there was a cancellation, she called me right away. The workers are always friendly, polite, and efficient. I think the price has gone up over the years we've used them, b... read more
