The environment is very calming. Staff are professional and helpful. Dr.Sipprell is great - although I was nervous before the procedure I felt relaxed and comfortable both before and after the procedure (Mohs surgery). Thanks for the great care!
From the front desk to the two nurses to Dr Sipprell, they were all caring, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Dr Sipprell even called me at night to check on me. That office gets a 10+
My appointment was to meet Dr Ibrahim and discuss the planned Mohs procedure on my face . He was very patient with my concerns and explained thoroughly what the procedure would entail and realistic post op expectations. I feel confident and comfortable in my choice . We even touched on some aesthetic scenarios and I am now seriously contemplating some laser treatment after my Mohs … staff very polite and efficient as well ! Overall 10/10
