Awesome experience from right when I got there. Would recommend Dr. Sipprell. His nurse and assistant were wonderful, explained everything to me. If I ever have skin cancer again I know where to go!
They handle a difficult, undesirable procedure with pleasant, smiling, understanding faces and make it more than bearable. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient and answer all questions with empathy. The background music is very soothing without being cloying and I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Being able to watch TV of my choice is also an excellent distraction. They communicate very clearly and always have time for questions. I had Moh's surgery yesterday here and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing.
Nurse Jess was terrific! She was friendly and knowledgeable and explained things very carefully. Dr. Ibrahim, as usual, was very caring, knowledgeable and very thorough. Thank you both for a great experience!
This was my second mohs surgery at Rochester Dermatology Surgery and as with my first experience I couldn’t be more satisfied! Dr. Sipprell did an excellent job. The entire staff I interacted with were very friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone in need of dermatological surgery.
