This was my first interaction with Rochester dermatology for basal cell moh’s surgery. From check in to the actual procedure my experience could not have been better. Everyone I interacted with was both very professional as well as personable. Dr. Ibrahim is, as well as his staff, a credit to their profession. Although I truly hope I will not need their services in the future, if I do I know I will be in very capable hands!
The place is bright, and clean. A lot of windows! This was my first appt. They went out of their way to fit me in even though they had never seen me before. They made it easy. A pleasant surprise. The receptionist was efficient. The nurse was professional, kind, and accommodating. Dr. Ibrahim was calm, confident, and relaxed enough to laugh. Incredible experience from start to finish! The front desk associate was extremely nice, the medical assistant and NP were so welcoming and helpful in answering questions and concerns that I had. Highly recommend!!!
