From the time I arrived at the front desk to checkin to the time I walked out after my procedure, I would describe the experience as world class in every way. The receptionist was quick to offer a smile and warm welcome, the escorting nurse/assistant was friendly and informative as to what I should expect and also gave a tour, the assisting nurse walked me through the procedure and described every step in detail, and the surgeon was fantastic. Who knew getting sliced and stitched could be so much fun? From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like royalty—if royalty wore backless gowns and got cut with a scalpel. Quick, clean, and oddly enjoyable.
I arrived at my appointment somewhat nervous but was treated with such kindness that my fears quickly left me. Everyone of the staff was wonderful. Even though a one hour appointment ended up lasting 5 hours I was never left alone for a prolonged amount of time. I was given food and drink. Everything was explained before it happened. And they made sure I was never in any pain. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!! Molly Mccoy
