I came here for my daughter's check up. The receptionist was not pleasant at all. I actually felt like crying because I was so angry from the disrespect and lack of unkindness the receptionist delivered. Such a shame as my experience with the dentist was good. Honestly I don't normally do reviews, but I'm sorry that receptionist is not right for this business. No customer service ethics at all. I am looking for an alternative provider. Very disappointed.
Over 2 years both my son's dental health has drastically deteriorated & we only realized on moving to a new dentist. No surprise as they don't do x-rays unless they know there is a problem. All of our fillings from this practise have fallen out soon after. The one son we were told needed a root canal... was under the impression we were waiting for that... only to be told (after several falling out fillings) to go private. Went in for tooth removal, had infection so was charged for checkup and purscribed antibiotics, had appointment for tooth removal 3 weeks later, arrived with no infection but to then be told they couldn't remove the tooth and would refer me to another clinic. Waited over a week now, had a text on friday morning stating they had a space for the next hour which was not convenient due to work rung the main line number to be told that I would have to wait for a text as no appointments can be mad, now in major pain, no sleep and ... read more
Haven't always found the Receptionist and/ or Dentist the most skilled at their jobs but after seeing Heeral for a tooth extraction, found him extremely knowledgeable and professional hence the five star review. Extraction wasn't the easiest but very little pain afterwards and a full explanation following the extraction on process and after care. Highly recommended Heeral.
Excellent service and care by a good team of professionals who give a top rated experience every time.
