RecommendedMatt is so knowledgeable! Best place in town!
RecommendedMy first fat bike purchase! They helped me with everything I needed and were very honest and helpful. Loved these guys!!
Best customer service ever!
RecommendedMatt has always taken excellent care of me since I first walked into Rochester Cycling. He made sure the bike I bought was the right bike for me by letting me test ride it not only once but twice before buying. I would recommend anyone who wants someone very knowledgeable in the industry and willing to go the extra mile for the customer to shop here. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy here!
I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get a few custom made replacement spokes within five minutes as I was tuning up my bike before spring! Great service from a great shop!
I HAVE NOT EVER RECEIVED SUCH A GREAT AMOUNT OF HELP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE, AS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO TAKE YOUR BIKE, WITH QUESTION AND NEED ANSWERS OR PROBLEMS, THIS PLACE HAS SOLUTIONS.
Just had my bike in for long overdue tune up. Rides like it is new. Great service!!
Knowledgeable, friendly staff with a solid selection of bikes.
