I'm not impressed. Clearly, people here have biases and favorites. Most of the staff are fairly friendly, but there are some who seem to play on their authority too much. In other words, there are a couple of staff members that need be coached on how to treat people with a level of humanity. There is not a single night that I have been here that I have been able to sleep. That's fairly messed up considering that the facility is relatively clean. But. Horrible place, it's better than sleeping outside but only marginally, the staff are very strict, play favorites, and have no control nor order, people yell, cuss at each other and staff, without consequences, they have showers, but most guys who stay there stink so very badly, then there's the very loud snoring from many all night, the place is filthy and if you stay long enough you're sure to get sick , I would not recommend it to anyone but it's THEE ONLY shelter here, the amount of disrespect by most there, staff and gue... read more

Have to say the women that work here, are straight up warrior's, fearless, and unwavering devotion to there cliets. They love thier jobs. Kudos to the staff! Being treated like a human is such a wonderful feeling! 5 star review
